docs: 优化Linux教程文档的表格格式与内容补充

本次提交调整了多篇参数表格的排版，统一了列宽与对齐样式，同时补充了zsh配置、zsh插件安装的相关内容，修正了部分文档的格式细节，提升阅读体验。
